This School is hosted on Teachable, Inc. ("Teachable"). Teachable provides the underlying learning management platform, handles user account registration, course content delivery, and processes payments. We may collect personal identification information from Students in a variety of ways, including when Students:

Types of Personal Data Processed:

- Identity Data: First name, last name, username.

- Contact Data: Email address.

- Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, login timestamps, course progress, quiz results, and lesson completion status (managed via Teachable).

- Financial Data: Payment transactions are processed directly by Teachable and its payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not collect, store, or process full credit card numbers or financial account details.

- To send periodic emails: Sending transactional notices, order confirmations, course updates, and essential administrative announcements.

- Teachable, Inc. (Learning management system host and payment infrastructure).

- Kinescope (Kinescope Services / app.kinescope.io - Third-party video hosting and streaming platform used for delivering course video lessons, player performance analytics, and content protection).

- Vercel, Inc. (Hosting provider for course Wiki documentation and website infrastructure, providing Vercel Web Analytics and processing server logs and network telemetry).

- Bitbucket / Atlassian, Inc. (Version control repository hosting provider for course source code and C++ project files).

- itch.io / Itch Corp. (Distribution platform hosting playable course demo builds, games, and compiled assets).

- Google LLC / Google Analytics 4 (GA4) (Analytics provider used to collect aggregated and anonymized website traffic, user interaction metrics, pageviews, and performance data to optimize user experience).

- Email Infrastructure Providers (e.g., Brevo / ImprovMX for forwarding and managing support communications sent to support@ue-pro.com).

- Payment Processors: Integrated via Teachable (Stripe/PayPal).

- Community and Social Media Platforms: The School Owner maintains public community channels and profiles on third-party platforms, including Telegram, YouTube, X (Twitter), Medium, GitHub, Patreon, Udemy, and itch.io. If you voluntarily join, follow, subscribe to, comment on, or otherwise interact with us on any of these platforms, your personal data is processed by the respective platform operator as an independent data controller under its own terms of service and privacy policy. We do not control and are not responsible for the data processing practices of these third-party platforms.
